Job Vacancy – Conveyancing Administrative Assistant

Job Purpose:                      Provide general assistance to all conveyancing                           


Job Description


  • Open files
  • Receiving and sorting incoming mail for delivery to fee earners
  • Giving quotes via phone
  • Processing client care packs
  • Completing ID checks
  • Requesting searches
  • Filing
  • Dealing with telephone calls
  • Dealing with post completion checks
  • Dealing with post registration checks
  • Closing files


Person Specification

Skills, Knowledge & Experience


  • 5 A-C / 1-5 GCSE’s required
  • Written and oral communication skills
  • Organisational skills
  • Act in a professional manner at all times and maintain confidentiality
  • Smart appearance
  • Outgoing personality
  • Good team player


  • No specific knowledge required
  • Training will be given


  • experience of conveyancing and/or general office environmental preferable
