Guide Dogs for the Blind
In 2019 Levins Solicitors chose Guide Dogs for the Blind as our charity of the year.
This is a national charity, with various localised mobility teams that aims to help people who are blind or partially sighted to enjoy the same freedom of movement as everyone else.
This organisation provides guide dogs to those in need, services for children and young people and various other services and resources. We were proud to support such a determined and vital organisation.
Our goal was to raise a total of £2,000 for the charity. We are happy to share that we surpassed this figure and raised a total of £2,500 with fundraising through: Rough Runner, cake sales, dress down days and much more.
In light our efforts Guide Dogs for the Blind asked us to put forward a name for a puppy in training.
As a firm we put forward several proposals, and are happy to confirm that the puppy will be named Levin.
We are extremely proud that we have been able to make a significant difference to the future owner of Levin and can’t wait to hear all about him or her.
