
Carla Neal
Assistant Solicitor
Carla graduated from the University of Derby with a degree in Business Studies in 2003. She then went on to complete the Graduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in Chester. Carla qualified as a solicitor in February 2009 having joined the firm in 2007 as a trainee solicitor.
Carla specialises in wills, probate, powers of attorney, Court of Protection work and residential conveyancing. She is a member of the Private Client section of the Law Society.
Carla was among the first private client practitioners to be awarded the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners Advanced Certificate in Will Preparation. The Certificate is the first of its kind and is designed with the aim of developing the trusted will draftsman who can demonstrate through qualification that they have the knowledge and skills to provide an excellent service to their clients, whatever the client’s needs and circumstances.
Carla is currently studying for the STEP Diploma in Trusts and Estates.
