We are looking to employ an apprentice in our busy conveyancing department. This is a fantastic opportunity to obtain a qualification in Business Administration whilst working in a legal firm.
The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the conveyancing department. Key responsibilities will include:
- Opening and distributing incoming mail
- Scanning, filing and archiving large amounts of documentation
- Responding to external and internal emails in a timely and professional manner
- Opening new files
- Data entry
- Taking calls when needed
- Assisting with general administration requests
We are looking for someone who is computer literate, has excellent customer service skills and a willingness to learn. The successful candidate will have an opportunity to progress within the department in the future. Therefore, this role would suit a person who would like to develop a career in legal administration.
